The type of menu we serve is known as a sit down/seasonal menu. A sit down menu is where you have a list of different meals to choose from and you are served. And a seasonal menu means that the ingredients that are used are suitable to the season.

Entree:
Seared Yellowfin tuna, pork belly, pink grapefruit, black pepper caramel.
Kurobuta pork belly with a water chestnut puree and poached pear.
Ocean trout, crisp quinoa, miso cream, potato & dashi broth, red elk & smoked trout roe
Main course:
Crisp skinned Cone Bay barramundi with rye spaetzle, horseradish, curly kale and beetroot
Corners Inlet flathead, black garlic, braised barley & calamari
Glazed beef cheek with red onion choucroute, puffed rice and crisp eschallots
Dessert:
Milk chocolate & wattleseed custard, passionfruit & white chocolate sorbet
Rhubarb & strawberries with fromage frais mousse, rose, pistachios & strawberry cream sorbet
Banana and chocolate chip soufflé with a vanilla bean ice-cream. (please allow 20 mins)
